The Broil King Baron 490 Shadow takes a proven four-burner performer and wraps it in a striking all-matte-black finish, for a barbecue that looks as bold as it cooks. Even heat, precise control and a rear rotisserie burner make it ready for anything from weeknight dinners to weekend roasts.
Four stainless steel Dual-Tube burners produce 40,000 BTU across 2,865 sq cm of primary cooking space, with reversible heavy-duty cast iron grids that sear steakhouse-quality marks on one side and baste with juices on the other. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave system boosts flavour and cuts flare-ups, the 10,000 BTU side burner handles sauces and sides, and the 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner with included kit opens up whole chickens and joints.
